How does it work?
Our GuestFilms video kiosks are completely automated and require no staffing - your guests simply touch the screen to select their name from a pre-loaded guest list and record their message! Guests that aren’t in the preloaded guest list can record a message too by typing their name using the on-screen keyboard. When your event is over, we pick up the video kiosk and begin working on your DVD.
The GuestFilms video kiosk requires a single power outlet. Our delivery and setup technicians provide everything required, including an extension cord (if required) and an elegant stand. We ensure that your video guestbook is ready for your guests when your event begins. For the best quality video, a well lit area is recommended.
What are the setup requirements?
How far in advance do I need to book a GuestFilms video kiosk?
To ensure that a GuestFilms video kiosk is available for your event, we recommend making your reservation at least 90 days in advance. Reservations can be made
online or by contacting us at 918-858-0543.
How do I pay for my GuestFilms Video Guestbook package?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. We accept personal checks and major credit cards.
Is the GuestFilms video kiosk easy to use?
Yes! We’ve designed the GuestFilms touch-screen video kiosk to be easy to use for everyone. Our video kiosk requires no attendant, and the easy on-screen instructions will have all your guests recording their special message in seconds! When our technicians setup the kiosk, we will show you or anyone you designate how the kiosk works so that they can provide assistance to your guests with disabilities or those uncomfortable with technology.
How long can each recorded video message be?
Guests can complete their recordings any time they like by pressing a button on the kiosk. Our video kiosks are configured to automatically stop recording after five minutes in case a guest walks away without stopping the recording. This automatic stop time can be easily shortened or lengthened based on the needs of your event.
Can GuestFilms videotape my wedding or event?
GuestFilms Video Guestbooks are designed to capture special video greetings, messages, and stories from your guests using our elegant stationary video recording kiosk. We do not videotape your actual wedding ceremony or event. If you are looking for a videographer in the Oklahoma area, please visit our

I already have a videographer. Why should I use GuestFilms?
Some videographers do walk around from table to table at your wedding reception or event asking your guests to say something to the camera. We have found that most people are caught off-guard by this because they are eating, or having a conversation, and haven’t had a chance to think about what they will say. With a GuestFilms video kiosk, your guests walk up to the kiosk when THEY are ready. Most people will say and do things in front of the kiosk that they would be too embarrassed or put on the spot to say in front of a videographer. So, GuestFilms captures heartfelt, natural, and entertaining messages from your guests that you just can get any other way!
What is your service area?
GuestFilms will deliver, setup, and pick up inside the greater Tulsa area. There is no charge for delivery inside this area. Delivery outside the greater Tulsa area is subject to an additional mileage fee.
How long will it take to get my DVD?
DVDs from Silver and Gold packages will be mailed to you within one to two weeks. Platinum packages require additional production and DVDs will be mailed two to three weeks after your event.
Is a video kiosk the same as a video or photo booth?
Yes and no. Unlike a video or photo booth, the GuestFilms video kiosk takes up very little space and its elegant design compliments your event decor. Like a video booth, GuestFilms video kiosks record DVD quality video and audio from your guests, which photo booths can't do!
